Our Story
Anthony and Leslie's relationship began in 2018 as the result of a Tinder match of all things. After talking for a while online, a first date was set for Monday, May 7th, at Joe's Pasta and Pizza in Keller, Texas. Dressed in a sharp suit, Anthony arrived first at the restaurant and was seated at a table. Leslie, in a leopard print skirt and black blouse, then arrived and found the table. It may sound cliche, but it truely was love at first sight for both of them. The dinner conversation went so well that they decided after eating to move the date to Bear Creek Park in Keller. There, they sat on a bench under the stars and just talked, enjoying each other's company and the evening.
After a successful first and second date, a third date was set for Tuesday May 15th, 2018. During this date, Anthony and Leslie's first went to Braum's to get some ice cream to enjoy together. Then they went to the Northwest Community Park near Saginaw during the evening. It was at this park in a baseball field while laying under the stars that Anthony and Leslie's magical first kiss happened! Later that evening, on the way back to their cars, Anthony officially asked Leslie to be his girlfriend, and she accepted.
Since then, their relationship has been going strong for 8 years. During that time, the happy couple have built a strong foundation of love, respect, and partnership for their relationship and have overcome many obstacles together. They have lived together in Denton, Texas since 2020 with their two cats, Spartacus and Jax.
